How Solar Water Heating Systems Work
The solar water heating system works by using state of the art solar panel flat plate or evacuated tube technology on your roof to collect the radiation of the sun and concentrates it into a powerful heat source. This, in conjunction with your conventional boiler, will heat the water in your homes’ hot water cylinder; the Solar Thermal Hot Water Heating System takes priority over your boiler to heat your water, it does not take its place.

Our flat plate collectors, complete with high selective surface coating absorber, were designed for the effective heating of domestic hot water and swimming pools.
They were awarded with the prestigious Solar Keymark certificate, which guarantees the quality of solar products and confirms their compliance with the requirements of European standards EN 12975 and EN 12976. These collectors were also tested in Germany for energy output and they were awarded with the Z-V6006 and Z-V6206 certificates, which confirm annual output of more than 525kWh/m.
